Relevant Co-Intelligence Studio

Privacy Policy

Last updated June 5, 2026.

Relevant builds systems that work from shared context. That means trust matters. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how to reach us about it.

What this policy covers

This policy covers relevant.world, the Ari Co-Intelligence Advisor, and related website forms or sign-in flows operated by Relevant Co-Intelligence Studio.

It does not cover websites, services, or platforms we do not operate, including LinkedIn itself. If you use LinkedIn to sign in, LinkedIn's own privacy policy also applies to LinkedIn's handling of your account and profile data.

Information we collect

Information you choose to share with us, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, role, and the details you provide in a conversation with Ari.

Conversation content from Ari, including your messages, Ari's responses, and internal notes or summaries generated from that conversation so the studio can follow up with context.

LinkedIn sign-in information, if you choose to use it. Depending on LinkedIn and Supabase settings, this may include your LinkedIn profile identifier, name, email address, profile image, and basic profile fields shared through the OpenID Connect sign-in flow.

Website and technical data, such as pages visited, referring links, UTM parameters, device type, browser information, IP address, and basic analytics events.

How we use information

To operate the website, Ari, and related co-intelligence experiences.

To remember a conversation, connect it to your sign-in or contact information, and avoid asking you to repeat context you already shared.

To respond to messages, prepare follow-up, book calls, and understand whether Relevant may be useful for your business or project.

To improve our website, advisor, outreach systems, and measurement of what is working.

To protect the website, prevent abuse, debug errors, and maintain security.

LinkedIn profile data

If you click Continue with LinkedIn, you agree to let Relevant receive and store the profile information LinkedIn shares with us through the sign-in flow.

We use that LinkedIn profile data to connect your Ari session to you, prefill basic contact context, maintain continuity if you return, and follow up only where you have asked for or clearly invited follow-up.

We do not sell LinkedIn profile data. We do not use LinkedIn profile data to make unrelated advertising profiles. We do not ask LinkedIn for more information than the sign-in flow requires.

How we share information

We may share information with service providers that help us run the website and advisor, such as hosting, database, analytics, authentication, email, and AI infrastructure providers.

We may share information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information.

AI and internal summaries

Ari is an AI-assisted advisor. When you use Ari, your messages may be processed by AI providers so Ari can respond and so the studio can generate internal summaries of the conversation.

Those summaries are for studio follow-up, quality, and operating context. We do not use private conversation details as public proof, and we do not publish partner names, personal details, or commercial terms from private conversations.

Retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to operate the website, keep conversation context, follow up, improve our systems, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

If you ask us to delete your information, we will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it unless we need to keep it for legal, security, or operational reasons.

Your choices

You can use Ari without LinkedIn sign-in. If you do not want us to receive LinkedIn profile data, do not click Continue with LinkedIn.

You can ask to access, correct, or delete personal information you shared with us by emailing fedor@relevant.world.

You can control cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Some website features may work differently if those are disabled.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No internet service is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Relevant is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy as the website, Ari, or our services change. When we do, we will update the date on this page.
