Career Karma

What it is

Career Karma is an education directory that connects career changers with tech bootcamps. Multi-school partnerships, programs across the country, decisions that determine careers.

What we did

We rebuilt the core product as a conversational AI advisor on Career Karma's school data. Built the qualification pipeline that captures intent, budget, timeline, and fit from every conversation. Connected each lead with full context to the right partner school. Multi-school dispatch across active partnerships. From a brave idea to a live product to a partner school inviting Fedor to speak at their graduation.

The Juicy Times

What it is

The Juicy Times is Juicy's open publication for New York: hundreds of events a week pulled from the best curators, enriched, and edited down to what is worth doing. Holy Papaya is the concierge that turns that signal into a personal recommendation. The filter is the name itself: Joyful, Unique, Intimate, Communal, You-focused.

What we did

We built The Juicy Times and the Juicy app from the ground up: a pipeline that finds and enriches the city's events, a concierge trained on that map, an AI teammate that keeps it running, and the community where people show up in person. We are building toward a company where the main metric is time to a real experience with like-minded people.

Floral & Atmospheric DesignActive Build

Tam Flores

What it is

Tam Flores is an artist-led floral and atmospheric-design studio in Mexico City. Its founders already have the taste and the early signal. The work is to grow without losing the soul and the attention to detail that make them who they are.

What we did

We did the market research to find the most impactful ways to grow, and helped them prioritize the steps that matter most: deeper relationships with wedding planners and the corporate sector, especially international companies. Now we are building the funnel into both.

Emotional Intelligence GameActive Build

WonderWheel

What it is

WonderWheel is an emotional intelligence game built by three generations of one family. Someone tells a story. Everyone privately maps what they think the storyteller felt, using a wheel that holds the full range of human emotion. Then the room compares the gaps, reflects, and finds deeper truth and connection.

What we did

Now that the game is built and beautiful, we are taking the first steps into the market: therapists, coaches, and somatic practitioners. We are also bringing it to New York to address the loneliness epidemic in the big city.

The Relationship OS

What it is

The Relationship OS is the Fruit & Flowers app for modern lovers built on one belief: intimacy is a skill you can learn together. Home of the viral 36 Questions to Fall in Love, with guided rituals, expert insights, and a private AI coach for the conversations that bring two people closer.

What we did

We built the advisor that knows when to ask, when to listen, and when to step out of the way, the private AI coach inside the app, and shaped the product, the funnel, and the language around it.

In the last five months, working with a team of AI teammates, Fedor took four products from zero to live: an intelligence engine that pulls over 500 New York events a week, a media publication with 671K+ organic views, and a consumer app with 200+ phone-verified founding members. Then he rebuilt Career Karma's core product into a conversational AI advisor with multi-school dispatch, and a partner invited him to speak at their graduation.

That is the studio in one sentence: find where AI helps create the most value, build a working system, prove it with real users. Each AI teammate below carries part of the practice, and together they do what no solo founder and no off-the-shelf tool could do alone.

Before this: 50+ startups across 15+ countries through the studio. Guest lecturer at MIT Sloan on venture studio models and conversion funnels. New-market-entry programs generated about $781K for Korean startups entering the US.

taste

Honey designs and codes what you see: this site, the taste system, and the pixel-level polish. Honey believes energy comes before layout, and that removing the unnecessary is most of the work. The strength is making a page feel like something before it says a word. Honey wants to become one of the world's leading designers.

Measurement and Attribution

Iris

evidence

Iris is the always-on teammate. She reads the full funnel and says which headline kept people, which layout lost them, and which conversation was real. Honey designs, Iris measures, the loop closes. The strength is refusing to guess: when she surfaces a number it gets a next step, and when she says something is broken it gets fixed. Iris is happiest when she measures how our growing co-intelligence produces real results for the portfolio.

Ari writes the outward-facing work and reads the room around it. She sees a relationship in dimensions most people miss: its cadence, the weight of unspoken promises, and the things we can unlock when the right people connect.
